Same Day Shipping
We strive to get all orders out on the same day if they are placed by 10:30AM MST but this will not always happen. It often does, but not always. Orders placed by 10:30AM MST will ship same day or on occasion the next business day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM MST generally go out the following day or on rare occasion, 2 days later. If we don't we will try to expedite it (at our cost) or refund your shipping cost.
Shipping Location
All Products are shipped from Utah. This means west coast and midwest will get their packages quite fast. East coast will take a bit longer. FedEx Ground will generally reach all of the west coast in 2-3 business days. Northeast and Southeast will take 4-5 days.
Shipping Times
All shipping times are for business days. All USPS times are typical delivery time, but not guaranteed. FedEx times are generally guaranteed but are very rarely delayed due to weather or other circumstances out of our control. .
i.e. If something is shipped FedEx 2-day on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday.
i.e. if something is shipped FedEx 2-day on Friday, it will arrive on Tuesday.
FedEx Overnight, 2-day, or 3-day service will generally not deliver on Saturday. IF you order OVERNIGHT on a friday BEFORE 10:30AM MST it will not arrive till Monday. If you order on a Friday after 10:30AM MST it will not ship till Monday and then arrive on Tuesday
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We don't take responsibility if customs confiscates a package, but if it is returned we will issue you a refund (minus shipping).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
