How to take it

• Ages 1–3 Give 1 scoop (3 g) daily. Each bottle provides approximately 60 daily servings at this amount.
• Ages 4 and up Give 2 scoops (6 g) daily. Each bottle provides approximately 30 daily servings at this amount.

Ways to enjoy it

The organic pineapple flavor was developed to taste good simply mixed with water. It can also be blended into a smoothie, stirred into fruit purée or yogurt, or mixed with juice or any type of milk.

For picky eaters, start with a small portion of a familiar food, such as applesauce or yogurt, and mix the powder in completely.

Storage and handling

The formula is made without anti-caking agents, so some natural clumping may occur. Give the closed bottle a gentle shake before each use to loosen the powder. Keep the bottle closed when not in use and use a dry scoop to keep moisture out.

Frequently asked questions

Does it contain iron?

No. Children’s iron needs vary, so ask your child’s healthcare professional whether a separate iron supplement is appropriate.

Does it contain sugar?

There is no added sugar. Small amounts of sugar occur naturally in the organic pineapple juice powder. Thaumatin, a naturally sweet protein from the katemfe fruit, provides sweetness in a tiny amount that adds no meaningful calories.

Why is it a powder instead of a gummy?

A powder allows the formula to include active nutrient forms without the sugar and binders commonly used to give gummies their shape. Children can take it mixed into a drink or food without chewing a gummy or swallowing a capsule.

What if my child is a picky eater?

Mix the powder thoroughly into a small amount of a food your child already enjoys, such as applesauce, yogurt, or a smoothie. It can also be mixed with a little water or juice.
